cafesnearme.biz is a public leaderboard of cafes. Anyone can publish a cafe and anyone can pay to raise one. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
A position on a public list, nothing else. A paid rank is advertising: it is not an endorsement, a review, a certification or a quality rating, and we do not verify who owns a cafe.
Listings
Publish only what you have the right to publish, and only cafes that exist. Fake, abusive, illegal or impersonating listings are removed without a refund.
Ranking
Rank is the sum of every cleared payment, highest first; ties keep the earlier cafe ahead. Payments run from $5.00 to $999,999. Another payment can pass yours at any moment — that is the product working as described.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars and every payment is one-time. No subscription, no stored card, no account. Card details are collected by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for the accuracy of a listing, the state of a cafe or anything on a linked site.
Removal and refunds
A completed payment is never refunded — not when you delete a listing yourself, and not when we remove one. Content that breaks these terms (fake, illegal, abusive or impersonating listings) is removed without a refund.
