Refunds & Cancellation

Every payment buys a position on a public list, once. Delivery is complete the moment the payment clears and the new rank is published — usually within seconds.
When we refund
A charge taken but never published, a duplicate charge for the same bid, and any failure on our side that kept a cafe off the list. Write within 30 days and the full amount goes back to the original card.
When we do not
Being outbid is not a refund reason. Rank is relative and anyone can pay more at any time; this is stated on every screen before payment.
Cancellation
There is nothing recurring to cancel: no subscription, no stored card, no renewal. A listing can be removed on request, but a spent payment is not returned.
Refunded payments
A refunded or disputed payment is removed from the cafe total and the list re-ranks itself immediately.
